Today start your day with a warm mug of water and the juice of half of a lemon. I like to add a touch of local honey. After drinking it, take a spoon full of either coconut oil or sesame oil and keep it in your mouth for 10 minutes or more. Swish it around your teeth. After rinsing your mouth, use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue. Brush your teeth with charcoal powder or another chemical free brand. Congratulations on another day of kindness to yourself.
